Bavette Pasta With Crabs & Chili – Aphrodisiac February

February  is the month dedicated to love and passion par excellence.
Love is in the air, we can say! Red hearts of each measure are rampant on all the message on social networks. Lots of women choose intimate dinners at home pledging to cook very tasty dishes, let them partner to learn and appreciate their culinary skills.
But when a woman decides to get in the kitchen for her man, usually, it does to conquer and seduce him. So why do not be helped by a small fruit that for its renowned properties is the most famous among the aphrodisiac foods? Yes we speak about chili! 
Chili is a very ancient plant, in Italy is grown mainly in Campania, Basilicata, Sicily and Calabria. It has got strong vasodilatory properties , thanks to lecithin, a fatty acid that strengthens the coronary arteries and helps to raise your body temperature. That’s the reason why we feel very hot when we eat spicy food!
So women below we propose you  a tasty and hot recipe that helps you to make a good impression about your cooking attitudes and it will prepare for a “hot” after dinner.
Bavette pasta 200 gr
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr
3 sprigs thyme
1 garlic clove
Extra virgin olive oil 40 gr
Chili Pepper 1
Brandy 45 gr
Salt 1 pince
Crabs 1 400 gr
For the fish stock:
Butter 20 gr
carrots 1
1 Small onion
1 Stalk celery
Salt 1 pince
Brandy 45 gr
Water 250 ml
Cut the carrot, celery and onion.  Put water in a pot add a pince of salt and the crab, boil for 5 minutes. When it’s ready drain and let cool
Now clean the crab: with a boxcutter remove the tail wing and divide the top from that bottom. Eliminate stomach pouch, gills and remove the crabmeat.  Detach paws and extract the remains crabmeat. In a saucepan melt the butter and add the oil. Add the previously chopped vegetables and cook for 5 min. Add the rest of the crab, pour in the brandy and cook low heat for for 25-30 mins. kelp pouring l’ acqua. When it is cooked filter and put it aside. At this point cut in half the chili and chop it finely. Wash the cherry tomatoes cut them and chop. Brown the garlic clove in a pan with a wire oil, remove the garlic and the add the chili, and cherry tomatoes. Add salt and the thyme. Cook for 10 then mins. Then pour in the pan the crab meat along with the previously prepared stock. Stir the sauce and remove from heat. Cook the pasta, drain and transfer in the pan with the sauce . Let cook for a few minutes.
