What could be more romantic than to take this opportunity to make a surprise to our Romeo? How about a candlelight dinner?
For a special night like Valentine’s Day you can just indulge with a good selection of aphrodisiac foods: oysters, saffron, chilli … but the ultimate aphrodisiac, is chocolate!
We try to surprise our love with a soft cake which contains an hot chocolate heart, which on this occasion we color red. Valentine’s Day Temptation (we love to call it like this!)
Ingrdienti for 6 patties:
2 egg yolks
110 g white chocolate
50 g flour
6 grams of cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon red food coloring
Whip the egg yolks and the eggs until they are foamy.
Then add the sugar and chocolate and the melted butter, cocoa and flour.
Now add the coloring, the vanilla and stir to make a paste of a beautiful red color.
Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins.
Bake the pies in the oven prewarmed to 190 ° and bake them for 13-15 minutes.
They will be ready when you will see a light crust on the edges but moving the stencil will result still soft.
Remove from oven and let rest a minute then put them on a dessert plate.
Serve still warm sprinkle with icing sugar.
